Who are Letswork?

Letswork supports the digital nomad by providing office and co-working spaces for a variety of entrepreneurs and creatives.

Based out of the UAE and founded in 2018 by Omar AlMheiri and Hamza Khan, Letswork have several locations around the aforementioned UAE, Bahrain, Portugal and expanding further across the European and Middle Eastern market.

Objectives

Migration from Wordpress to Webflow
Design and develop an aesthetically pleasing website that fits with hbpriors rebrand
Create custom code and integrate 3rd party apps for easy internal management
Understand users interactions with V1 of the website and makes amendments

Challenges

With an already established brand, it was important to create an holistic design methodology before diving into the development. Creating such an approach required market research and deep brand understanding such that we could create a user experience that would be in-line with hbpriors's branding.

Optimising for acquisition

Creating a solid framework to improve user acquisition and build an experience similar to their app, it was a challenge to build an experience that would not only improve user acquisition, but also to highlight key areas that would allow users to see what Letswork does and showcase their competitive edge.

Tailoring to international markets

By harnessing the power Weglot and other FinSweet plugins, we created an experience that would work for users in various nations. Creating a borderless website that would be multifunctional.

hbpriors is a hybrid design agency specializing in designing solutions for high engagement corporate gifting with curated branded products.

Objectives

Challenges

Custom Code Integration

With the objective of the website being to showcase hbpriors. We thought of an intuitive approach in bringing them a "brand book" design that would provide a user experience much like a presentation.

This worked well and with the addition of custom Javascript for a snap scrolling effect, we were able to elevate this approach.

The "charismatic guide" persona

In line with hbpriors's brand refresh, the persona that was proposed for the website was the "charismatic guide". In a way, a helping hand guiding users through the site. This can be seen on the contact us button on the home page. With prompts and imagery to signify this, all done with the power of Webflow interactions.
